Nooris, Brighton.

This is my review on Noori's Indian Restaurant in Brighton.
(On a Wednesday).
FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
Well, it was a quite little restaurant down a pretty dull street, so I didn't know what to think!
When we walked in, we awkwardly got shown to our seats. The restaurant wasn't very full, there were maybe only 3 tables with people, and we didn't arrive as soon as it opened, we arrived at about 7:30PM.
Didn't have much hope at this point.
SERVICE:
The service was possibly the worst part of the night.
It was awkward to catch them and often they'd just walk past, even though barely anyone else was there to attend to.
They seemed jittery and like they didn't know what they were doing for half of the time.
I spilt a drink at one point, and they didn't offer to clean it up or even give us anything to mop a bit of it up with. We had to sit with a soggy table and a soggy napkin - no replacement napkin either.
It was also little things like when they bought over the food, they didn't tell you the plates were hot and just placed them in your hand or on the table with no warning at all.
FOOD:
The food was actually great.
The portions were a nice size, we didn't leave the building feeling bloated.
The flavours were good and all of the food was cooked well and hot.
INTERIOR:
The table's were too small and quite close to the walls and things, so there was barely any room to breathe.
The lighting was surprisingly good, noted that the shades they had for the light were from B&Q.
The toilet's were awful (speaking of the women's, although I heard the men's was pretty bad too).
The women's was open plan at the top, so as soon as you walked up the stairs you're greeted with two sinks (4 taps). Then you see a door, very close to the sinks with barely any room to move.
If you open this ONE door, there is ONE toilet - yet 4 taps.
The toilet was awful. It was clean, which is fine, but you could barely fit in.
The door was scraping the toilet as you tried to shut it, and getting out was worse than getting in. I practically had to climb onto the toilet to get out!
I also heard that none of the men's taps worked.
VERDICT:
The food at this place was great but dining in wasn't top notch.
If this place does Take-Away I'd definitely recommend it!
Lovely flavours, not worth the hassle.

Photo's from my Nikon :)

Just going to post some pictures that I took the other night when I got my Nikon. They're not of any particular event, I just took them when it was getting towards night time and the moon looked really pretty.
I love this picture because under the moon you can see horses on the horizon. I think it's adorable :')
I love taking photo's of candles.

This photo looks so pretty. We were just sat outside enjoying the hot weather :)

This wallpaper is so cool!

Thought this photo looked pretty awesome - even if it is only stairs.

I'm so proud of this photo. I noticed that the wall had two shadows on it and my camera managed to pick them up really well! I personally think it looks great.

The moon looks lightly more clear and in focus on this picture.

This photo isn't particularly good  quality but the clouds in front of the moon just looked magical.

It's a Yankee Candle. Need I say more?

This chocolate brownie is actually a fridge magnet - IT LOOKS SO REAL!

Wine, Wine & more Wine.

Cheeky snap of me

This is on the balcony outside. I swear it's Dobby?

New colour changing, glow in the dark S3 Phone case review!

So I bought a new phone case from Amazon (UK).
In sunlight, It's purple.
In artificial/ bulb light, it's blue.
It also glows in the dark when it's charged with UV light, and it's very vibrant.
I've tried all of these and the two colours shown on the picture exactly match it's real-life colours.
Not only does it have brilliant colours, but it seems to have a sparkly look to it as well, but is still very smooth to the touch!
The case is made of plastic and it quite sturdy.
It of course is more for fashion than protection, but will stop your phone getting all scratched up.
The case also fit's onto the S3 very snug and won't fall off.
The case isn't bulky.
If you are like me and already have tight pockets, this case proves no problem.
I would recommend this case!
If the colours aren't to your liking, there are other's available!
I bought mine here;
If you look through the seller's page I'm sure you'll find their other colours.

**I did pay for express delivery, which is usually up to 2 days, not including the buying day, but this product arrived through my post-box next day!
Very quick service! It also comes packaged small enough to fit through a standard letter box if you're out!**

"Now You See Me" review.

This film is truly a mystery. I didn't have high expectations for this film but after watching it in possibly the worst cinema setting I could, it actually turned out to be quite good.
I'm sure if I watched it in the comfort of my own home (as I shall do when it comes out on Blu-Ray) and not in the cinema with squeaky chairs, smelly people and a man who wouldn't stop grunting/snoring/groaning throughout, then I'm sure I would have found it even more enjoyable.
The film has a brilliant begging with good ideas and a good show of each person's character. It's also awesome how each character has their own little magician style / profession and it's bought together to form  "The 4 Horsemen".
As the film's go on, my hopes of a good film faded a little as it became a bit predictable. Then came the twists.
There are several big twists that you couldn't even imagine would happen!
The two best are the both near the end. Unbelievable. The ending was so good and unexpected!
People turned out to be not who you think they are; I like that in a film.
The surprises and gasps really make the movie.
I recommend this film to everyone, it's enjoyable, fun and keeps you guessing, although be prepared for typical magician type stuff.
Bonus: This film has an all star cast.
Mark Ruffalo (Amazing, amazing man)
Morgan Freeman (God)
Michael Caine (The classic English guy)
The duo we loved from Zombieland; Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg.
Isla Fisher (They did well with her).
Dave Franco (The younger brother of the beautiful James).
Mélanie Laurent (The French).

So on Thursday 27th June, we had leavers prom. Even though, it wasn't really a prom, it was a party in a nightclub.
Overall, it was a fun night!
